Lonsdale Links is excited to announce former U.S. Open winner, Geoff Ogilvy, will be headed their way to participate in the inaugural Lonsdale Links Shootout on Monday 7th February 2022.
It will be a charity golfing event that is open to the public, raising money for Cottage By The Sea.
Proudly presented by The Point by Moremac, the nine-hole exhibition skins match will not only feature the likes of Ogilvy, but other professionals including Stephanie Bunque, Richard Green and Julienne Soo. Well-known Australian TV personality, Andrew Daddo will be taking up the all-important role of MC.
This first-of-its-kind event to take place at the newly designed Lonsdale Links will be sure to entertain the whole family as the pros take to the course and try their hand at a Skins Match with $10,000 up for grabs. Tickets to the Lonsdale Links Shootout can be purchased upon entry on the day. Entry is $10 for adults and free for kids. There will also be a putting competition for spectators to enter.
Following the Shootout, guests will be offered the chance to rub shoulders with the visiting Golf Pros in the new clubhouse and terrace at Lago Restaurant.
The ticketed Cocktail event will feature an intimate Q&A with the visiting pros and MC Daddo, along with a Silent Auction.
Tickets will be $95 and include complimentary canapes and beverages throughout the night. You can book your spot for this limited ticketed event via https://www.lonsdalelinks.com.au/cms/events/event/lonsdale-links-shootout/
