FINAL LEADERBOARD

EQUIPMENT NOTES:

  • One of the many Tour professionals around the world to switch to Titleist's new TSi drivers, Evans was also part of a all Titleist golf ball top four at Pelican Waters. Joint runners-up Deyen Lawson, Bryden MacPherson and Blake Windred also opting for the brand's Pro V1 range.
  • Opting to keep the driver in the bag on the last tee, like many in the field, Evans found the 72nd green with his TS2 hybrid from the right rough with his second shot. The resulting two putt delivering the biggest win of his career.
  • Following on from Andrew Martin's success the previous week at Evan's home club of Bonnie Doon in Sydney, Titleist golf balls have now been used by all six winners so far in 2021 on the PGA Tour of Australasia.

QUOTE: “I think I’m a good player but without something like this to your career you are kinda just another player. It’s pretty sweet to get over the line.” – Andrew Evans.
