It is late in the year, but the so-called experts managed to pull out 12 top-10s last week, including four from four of the Women's Australian Open. Here they try and keep the hot streak going on the Aussie and DP World Tours.

The match play element makes this something of a lucky dip for tipping with form forgotten once we get to Sunday.
However, you have to get there first with some good play, and while I like both my fellow tipsters' choices (Lonard on the range was a clinic in hitting the middle of the face) I am going for my son's favourite golfer.
Sharing the same first name, it is LOUIS DOBBELAAR for me here.
Disappointing missed cut at Vic was forgotten with some good play at Cathedral and he was straight down to Warragul to prepare with his trusty loop Gary ready to finally share a first pro win.

Golf is a momentum game and nobody has more of that right now than rookie HAYDN BARRON.
You could have been forgiven for thinking he had won at Victoria Golf Club so pumped was he to earn. a place in The Open and that sort of energy should carry over to this week (at his age, anyway). A solid performer as an amateur he has already shown he has the tools to compete at this level having claimed a two day professional event in WA in June last year.

PETER LONARD was my man when I first started going to tournaments. He still is, but I just haven't had as much to cheer about as I once did.
He'd be the first to tell you this summer started in a cloak of rust, but in the past few days, I've been watching him grind on the range – even when his caddie was snoozing in the Cheltenham sun – and things are coming around.
It's becoming the same old ball-striking bonanza that took him to the upper echelons of world golf.
This will be a story for the ages and you can bet your bottom dollar that if he gets into the knockout phase, he'll be the player others will least like to draw on a mental basis.
Plus, I'm running out of big-odds pops to take down Morri's name from the leaderboard!

Staying with the when in South Africa pick a South African theme from the last few weeks and sticking with DEAN BURMESTER for another go.
My tip last week may have been taken as a not seriously considered selection based on the copy around it (Mark Hayes was sitting next to me at the time) but it most certainly was.
Deano repaid my faith with a top-five and I expect similar if not better this week.
As an aside, a shout out to the "Man About Golf" for helping relieve me of an eye issue at the Aussie Open when allergies and sunscreen rendered me useless. Let us never speak of it again and never be so nice to each other in future.

Actual golf aside you’ll see some of the most interesting views in the televised game at Leopard Creek this week. That won’t help you pick a winner but it’s at least a nice consolation for having no idea who might be around at the pointy end of the tournament.
ALEJANDRO CANIZARES comes in hot after a brilliant final round at Victoria Golf Club so let’s see if he can’t keep the form going.

Not to be confused with the tournament of very similar that is actually very fun to watch, back we go again to the spotlight being on South Africa (sigh!). That said, it has a very nice field all things considered and I'd really like to see EDDIE PEPPERELL get the job done at Leopard Creek. He's had a much better 2022 than the past year or so and I think he could give himself a pretty nice Festivus with a win this week.
It wouldn't be my tipping without some politicking, so is it just me or does anyone else think this would have been a nice week to START the Springbok leg of the Euro Tour? Just saying.
