It is a relatively quiet week in world golf as the PGA Tour heads to Bermuda and the European Tour makes its way to Cyprus. But our so-called experts have still done the hard work to find a winner.

PGA TOUR - BERMUDA CHAMPIONSHIP

Scanning the field, the name DOC REDMAN emerges as a possible winner this week in Bermuda.
He missed the cut in his last start at the Shriners, but he’s also banked three top-3 finishes in his last five tournaments. That is good form in anyone’s language.
Add the fact that he ranks highly on the Tour for greens hit in regulation (75.56%) and is 31st in scoring on Tour, I like his chances at Port Royal.
Sportsbet odds: $26.

It is hard to fathom that HAROLD VARNER III’s lone worldwide victory remains the 2016 Australian PGA Championship, but I think he is a good chance of amending that this week.
Varner is among the Tour’s premier ball strikers, which will be a major asset at an expected windy Port Royal, while he arrives after a break having T13 in his last start in Vegas.
HV3 is also working on his game with Aussie Brad Hughes, who teaches last year’s winner here Brandon Todd, so there is a little extra good mojo.
Sportsbet odds: $23.

I expect to see EMILIANO GRILLO in contention in Bermuda this week. The Argentine has been in terrific form – making eight consecutive cuts and posting three top-25s – and his ball-striking should hold up against the strong winds that are expected at Port Royal.
Those conditions should also act as an equaliser on the greens, where he has been struggling throughout the season.
Sportsbet odds: $26.

Opportunity knocks for some of the game’s less high profile players with most of the big names sitting out this week’s Bermuda Championship.
It was a breakthrough win for BRENDON TODD here last year and having completely transformed his game in the 12 months since he will like his chances of defending this week.
Sportsbet odds: $13.

EURO TOUR - CYPRUS OPEN
Brendan James – Golf Australia Editor
It has been a little over a year since NICOLAS COLSAERTS won the Open de France – his first in nearly seven years – and his runner-up finish in Italy last week has me enthused for his chances in Cyprus.
Six of his last ten rounds have been under par, with this third round 66 in Italy being the best of them. The ‘Belgian Bomber’ will be well-placed to attack some of the layout’s ‘big’ holes, while also having the experience to cope with the ever-present wind.
Sportsbet odds: $34.

JORDAN SMITH surprisingly missed the cut in Italy last week, but I expect him to bounce back here and feature in the final stages on Sunday.
One of the best ball strikers on the European Tour, the Englishman was T13 at Wentworth just two weeks after a top-10 at the Irish Open and if the putter heats up he is a huge chance to get a second European Tour win on a course that will favour the better iron players in the field.
Sportsbet odds: $34.

Despite some inconsistent form and poor putting, HAOTONG LI stands out to me here.
The two-time European Tour winner is one of the better ball-strikers in the field and should enjoy the layout at Aphrodite Hills.
The Chinese World No.127 hasn’t tasted victory since January, 2018. He’s far too talented for that drought to continue much longer – and if he can rediscover the putting stroke that had him ranked third on Tour for Average Putts Per Round last season, he will go close to hoisting the trophy this week.
Sportsbet odds: $34.

He’s streaky but when he's good he’s really good and after a runner up result last week NICOLAS COLSAERTS will be confident ahead of Thursday’s first round.
It’s been just over a year since the Belgian’s last tournament win at the French Open and he’s about due to notch another.
Sportsbet odds: $34.
