Geoff Ogilvy, David Micheluzzi and Jed Morgan have been named amongst an extended field of players to compete in the 2023 Cathedral Invitational.
With 50 days to go until the highly anticipated tournament, the Cathedral Invitational has unveiled several new names who will compete in the unique and fast-growing event, with former U.S Open champion Ogilvy, current PGA Tour Australasia Order Of Merit Winner Micheluzzi and LIV Golf star Morgan the recent additions.
Held at the prestigious Cathedral Lodge and Golf Club in Thornton, Victoria, from December 5-6, the Cathedral Invitational will boast a field of 50 invitees, which already includes the commitments of Cam Smith, Adam Scott, Marc Leishman and Gabi Ruffels.
Dimi Papadatos, Brendan Jones, Brett Rumford, and Nick O’Hern will also tee it up, with Victorian trio Todd Sinnott, Brett Coletta and Zach Murray adding excitement for home fans, who will receive an unparalleled and up-close opportunity to walk the fairways with these stars of the game.
Joining the growing field of Invitees is rising star Cassie Porter, the 21-year-old from Peregian Beach who is looking to add to her victory at the 2023 WPGA Melbourne International.

The inclusive nature of the Cathedral Invitational will also see world number one disability golfer Kipp Popert compete in the star-studded field, with one male and one female amateur also still to be announced.
The tournament will feature a 36-hole format played over two days and with a first prize of $100,000.
The Cathedral Invitational provides a rare opportunity for the general public to experience the beautiful Cathedral Lodge and Golf Club and its prestigious surroundings, with action on Wednesday December 6th open to the public for the only time in 2023.
