Mickelson punted more than $1.5 billion, new book claims
Phil Mickelson has wagered more than $US1 billion ($A1.5 billion) over the past three decades and wanted to place a $US400,000 ($A610,000) bet on the 2012 Ryder Cup while playing for Team USA, according to a much-anticipated book by renowned gambler Billy Walters.
