FINAL LEADERBOARD

EQUIPMENT NOTES:

  • Cink amazingly ranked seventh in driving distance for the week at Harbor Town at nearly 50 years of age. The American crediting work done with fitness and swing coaches alike, while he continues to the winning run of PING drivers with both contracted and non-contracted golfers opting for the company’s models. The latest release G425 is Cink’s driver of choice, one that carries an actual loft of 10˚ and plays fractionally over 45 inches, which was once considered a standard length driver.
  • The former Open Championship winner put on a ball striking display to win his third plaid jacket, Cink finding nearly 78 percent of greens in regulation to rank at the top in that category. Cink opts for the i210 from sponsor PING, a cavity back iron filled with an insert material for feel and forgiveness. The now two-time winner this season uniquely using the matching UW from the set to fill the gap between his pitching wedge and sand wedge. Cink also interestingly carrying four wedges all with very little bounce.
  • Cink’s victory makes it 13 wins from 17 events on the PGA Tour so far this year for Titleist’s line of Pro V1 and Pro V1x golf balls.
