Next generation T100, T150 and T350 irons, along with all-new T250 model, set new standard for performance and consistency throughout the set.
Titleist has launched its all-new T-Series iron lineup, headlined by updated T100, T150, and T350 models and introducing the brand-new T250 and T250 Launch Spec irons. Engineered to deliver enhanced consistency, distance, and feel, each iron model is designed with distinct performance goals while blending seamlessly in mixed sets.
“Each model is designed with the same goal in mind—we want to get you closer to your target more often,” said Josh Talge, Titleist’s SVP of Golf Club Marketing.
The new T-Series irons are available for fittings and pre-order from July 11 and will hit retail shelves globally on August 21.
Next-Gen Performance Across the Line
Titleist’s development was guided by feedback from tour pros, elite amateurs, and fitters worldwide. According to Director of Iron Development Marni Ines, the key goals were: improving long-iron launch, tightening mid-to-short iron spin consistency, and increasing carry distance reliability.
This generation also builds on Titleist’s “3 D’s” philosophy—distance control, dispersion, and angle of descent—not just as fitting metrics but as core design principles.
T100: The Modern Tour Iron
The new T100 maintains its forged, compact profile preferred by tour pros but introduces several refinements. A new muscle channel in the 3- and 4-irons boosts launch and peak height, while a Variable Face Thickness (VFT) design and progressive grooves improve distance control and spin, particularly from rough and wet conditions.

T100 continues to be the most-played iron on the PGA TOUR, trusted by players like Ludvig Åberg, Jordan Spieth, and Justin Thomas (who games T100 in a blended set).
Notably, the new T100 features one-degree stronger lofts (33° 7-iron), catering to requests from both PGA and LPGA players.

T150: The Faster Player’s Iron
With a slightly larger profile than the T100, the T150 is tailored for players seeking more speed and forgiveness without sacrificing feel. Stronger lofts and an enhanced muscle channel from the 7-iron upward result in higher launch and faster ball speeds.
The T150 benefits from the same VFT and progressive groove designs found in the T100, offering consistent spin and flight across varying conditions.
Tour players like Will Zalatoris and Byeong-Hun An are among those who’ve adopted the T150 either in full or as part of a blended set.

T250: The New Player’s Distance Iron
Replacing the T200, the all-new T250 introduces a complete redesign with a clean all-steel construction. The slightly thicker topline and wider sole offer added confidence at address, while internal Max Impact technology and forged L-Face construction promote speed, launch, and forgiveness.
Ines described it as “consistent speed” without the unwanted low-spin “jumpers.” The hollow-body design ensures powerful yet predictable performance across the face.

Tour validation has been swift—Justin Thomas added a T250 4-iron, Wyndham Clark slotted in T250 3- and 4-irons, and Aldrich Potgieter used T250 long irons en route to victory at the Rocket Classic.
T250 Launch Spec: Higher Launch for Moderate Speeds
A brand-new addition to the lineup, T250 Launch Spec features identical construction to the standard T250 but with added loft and a lighter headweight (6g lighter). Its 35° 7-iron loft (4.5° weaker than standard) makes it ideal for players needing more height, carry, and stopping power.
“T250 Launch Spec has all the player’s distance tech, but helps moderate swing speed players achieve the 3 D’s more easily,” said Ines.
T350: Ultimate Game-Improvement Iron
The T350 offers the largest head size, fastest face, and deepest CG in the range, delivering maximum forgiveness and launch. Its hollow-body, high-strength steel construction integrates L-Face tech, improved Max Impact core, and progressive grooves—ideal for golfers prioritising distance and consistency.

Ines emphasised that, despite its game-improvement positioning, the T350 shares the premium look and construction quality of the rest of the lineup, aiding uniformity in blended sets.
Tour Validation & Blended Set Optimisation
Titleist irons continue to dominate on professional tours. At the Charles Schwab Challenge and Soudal Open, 39 players put the new models in play. Justin Thomas, Wyndham Clark, and Russell Henley all made quick transitions to T-Series long irons, while Tom Kim and J.T. Poston shifted to blended T100 and T150 setups.
Aldrich Potgieter became the first global winner with the new irons, crediting his improved approach play to switching to T150 (4–5 irons) and T100 (6–9 irons).

Approximately 80% of Titleist Tour staffers play blended sets, underlining the importance of fitting. Titleist recommends fitting for ball speed gaps (~5 mph between clubs), peak heights, and proper descent angles.
Customisation & Fitting Tech
The new T-Series SureFit iron heads allow on-the-fly adjustments to loft (±2°), lie angle (2° flat to 4° upright), and head weight (±6g), giving fitters 28 potential combinations without bending the club.
Through custom order, loft and lie can also be altered in 1°/0.5° increments, and shaft length can be adjusted from +2” to -4”. Titleist offers a wide range of shaft and grip options, including featured shafts like True Temper AMT and Mitsubishi MMT.
