One of the most common issues with amateur golfers is the dreaded chicken wing, where the left elbow (for right-handers) bends through impact and into the follow-through.
The chicken winged left arm pulls the clubhead away from the golf ball resulting in a myriad of bad shots. You might hit the ball fat, thin, sliced and much shorter than you would like.
