In 1983 a young Sydney pro named Peter Fowler upstaged a quality field - that included Bob Shearer, Graham Marsh, Zimbabwe's Nick Price, two-time major champion David Graham and then rising star Ian Baker-Finch - to win at Kingston Heath. Left speechless by the victory, 'Chook' said he it was not only a big win it was his first in a "four rounder".
