Supported by the City of Greater Bendigo, the two-round tournament offers a pathway for professionals and amateurs alike to earn a place on the WPGA Tour for the 2027 season.

A number of Australia’s top female golfers have previously come through Q School and are now established on golf’s top global Tours.

Kelsey Bennett, who became a Ladies European Tour winner at the co-sanctioned Australian Women’s Classic earlier this year, earned medalist honours in 2023, and the likes of Abbie Teasdale and Belinda Ji have also progressed their careers through Q School.

“It’s very exciting to announce a date for Qualifying School and we’re looking forward to visiting a new venue in Neangar Park later this year," WPGA Tour of Australasia CEO Karen Lunn said. 

“There is always a great sense of anticipation when Q School comes around, as it means a new season is just around the corner, and we have seen a lot of interest from players both in Australasia and further afield in competing to earn a place on our Tour.

“Our thanks go to City of Greater Bendigo for their support, and we look forward to visiting the region in December.”
