When trying to finish off a good score, there are many thoughts that can be running through your head that can cloud your thinking. This is especially true with putting.

A key to sinking those putts under pressure is to have a clear picture of what you’re trying to do with the putt.

PRACTISE THE DECISION PROCESS

  • Pick a putt with a slight break.
  • Practise hitting putts with different combinations of speed and break: firm and straight, and softer with more break.
